Kinetic Typography Instant Messenger

I created an animated interface to AOL Instant Messenger using kinetic type, a Java toolkit for creating expressive text. Users of the chat program can mark up their messages with different moods and effects for an engaging chat experience. The user's buddy list is displayed and he can preview or replay messages.

In my last quarter at UCSD I worked on a project with a team of six to build a distributed, real-time, 3D, multiplayer game in ten weeks. I worked on the input, user interface, graphics, sound, and maintained the team web site.
